Before you ask
Is the free plan a trial?
No. It has no time limit, needs no card, and nothing you add is ever taken away. It covers 8 records and 5 documents — the renewals worth being warned about. Most households have more than that, which is what Plus is for.
What happens if I hit the cap?
Nothing is deleted or hidden. You just can’t add more until you either remove something or upgrade.
What happens if I cancel Plus?
You go back to the free plan and everything stays. If you are over the free caps, your records remain readable and searchable — you simply can’t add new ones until you are back under.
Why is reading documents capped on free?
Because each one costs us real money to process. 3 is enough to see whether it works for your paperwork before you decide.
