Before you ask
Is the free plan a trial?
No. It has no time limit and no card. If 20 records and 15 documents covers your household, that is the product.
What happens if I hit the cap?
Nothing is deleted or hidden. You just can’t add more until you either remove something or upgrade.
What happens if I cancel Plus?
You go back to the free plan and everything stays. If you are over the free caps, your records remain readable and searchable — you simply can’t add new ones until you are back under.
Why is reading documents capped on free?
Because each one costs us real money to process. Three is enough to see whether it works for your paperwork before you decide.
